Our service approach

All our projects involve three key phases – design, develop and deliver.

 

Design
 

This is where we sit down together and design your project. You tell us what you want to achieve, when and how much you want to spend. We give you our advice and price up the different options. We work with you to identify the people we need to involve in your project. For example, do you need architectural design or have you got plans drawn up? We’ll talk about timing too. Do you need it all done by Monday or would you prefer to do it in phases?
 

Develop
 

In the development phase, we finalise your design, making sure it fits your budget. We draft up and sign contracts for building work (if needed). We double-check the project schedule together – noting the delivery time for materials, when different sub-contractors will be on site and so on. We talk about how the job will be invoiced and we sign off the project plan.

Deliver

​

Your project gets under way, under the careful management of Jamie (as project manager). We carry out your project, on time, on budget and to a high standard. We communicate with you regularly to keep you updated on the project and any additional work that needs doing. We finish with a final project audit to check everything has been done as agreed.
